Allegri is a world-famous Italian outerwear brand that is part of the portfolio of Dismi92 S.p.A., which achieved a turnover of 35 million euros in 2008, 50% of which coming from exports. The company based in Vinci (Florence) is co-owned by the Allegri family, which holds 60% of the shares, and the Orlando Italy equity fund, which acquired 40% of the shares in March 2008. Besides its production plant in Florence with 130 employees, the company also has a prestigious showroom – Spazio Allegri – on Via Stendhal in Milan, in the heart of the well-known Tortona zone.
